EFFE Seal for Festival Cities and Regions

The European Festivals Association’s Arts Festivals Summit in Yerevan from 11-15 September brought together 120 festival makers, cities and artists live and online: a wonderful backdrop to launch the EFFE Seal for Festival Cities and Regions. The EFFE Seal is part and a concrete result of the Festival Cities Initiative.

In short, the EFFE Seal is a recognition and an invitation to cities and regions that wish to associate and integrate their development and image with a strong festival, cultural - and European - commitment.
