ECOS Festival: Anacronía and Cantoría receive recognition
The founding ensembles of ECOS Festival de Sierra Espuña have received several awards recognizing their labor.
Cantoría, the vocal quartet led by Jorge Losana, has released its first CD with Ambronay Editions as part of the EEEmerging+ project. The CD, which contains their particular vision of the “Ensaladas” from Mateo Flecha, has been awarded with the "Diapason Dècouverte" and the "Melómano de Oro".
Anacronía, born at the ECOS Labs, has received also recognitions in Spain such as GEMA “Best young ensemble” and FestClásica “Best Emerging Ensemble”. Applications for the ECOS Labs 2023 for young ensembles are now open at www.ecosfestival.com.
