VANNES EARLY MUSIC INSTITUTE - France

The Vannes Early Music Institute was founded in 2011 by Bruno Cocset, cellist, teacher and artistic director of the European Academy of Early Music. The Hôtel de Limur welcomes around fifty students each year, twenty of whom are part of the VEMI partnership with 8 major European schools: National Conservatories of Music and Dance in Paris and Lyon, Escola Superior de Musica de Catalunya - Barcelona , Geneva School of Music, Poznan Akademia Muzyczna (Poland), Academia de Muzica de Cluj-Napoca (Romania), Iceland Academy of The Arts - Reykjavik (Iceland), Conservatorium van Amsterdam. All attend masterclasses, workshops, conferences and take part in the concerts scheduled during the academy.
