Via Mediaeval
From 03 September 2023 to 01 October 2023/ Germany / Palatinate
The festival Via Mediaeval will take place from 3rd of September to 1st of October. During the 2023 edition we look to our neighboring countries in Western Europe. The Scottish Ensemble Canty will open the festival with the program ‘The Stars in their Courses - Medieval music for Nine Celtic Saints'.
Overall seven concerts with Ensemble Dialogos (partner concert with Voix-Route-Romane in Marmoutier), Cantica Ensemble, Aventure, De Caelis, EVOCA-Project, John Potter & Leah Stuttard will be arranged at historical mediaeval places of Rhineland-Palatinate. All concerts are journeys to the roots of european music history.
