Scalatti Project premier world

For the fifth edition of the Timeless Notes international early music festival, we will be performing the modern premiere of a canon mass by Alessandro Scarlatti and a Magnificat. This musicological work has been directed by Andrej Macek, a conductor specialising in baroque music, particularly the Italian lyrical repertoire of the 17th and 18th centuries. Since 1996, he has lived and worked at Český Krumlov Castle, devoting his efforts to researching and interpreting Baroque opera.
