Following the ninth edition of EMD, Stockholm Early Music offers Baroque Tales, a fresh concert concept with the young, talented Swedish and international Lynx Ensemble, moving in the borderland between baroque and Swedish folk music. They present an innovative project with folk tunes from Hälsingland, a Swedish region, dazzlingly arranged from a baroque perspective, but instead of a clash of styles between two heavy musical traditions, a timeless and loving embrace takes place.
